As a Project Inspector, I utilize my school construction experience, knowledge, coordination insight, & communication skills to facilitate the progression of the specific project, keeping a proactive, team-building approach that assists in identifying and addressing issues, at the earliest opportunity, which saves time & money for all parties.  I keep the School District & Design Professionals informed & aware of the ongoing progress,
issues & changes to the project. 


I am technologically proficient & intuitive, providing for quick processing of digital data.  I can provide digital photos, video, & field produced "pdf" files for the Owner and Architect to use in the review, evaluation & decision making processes.  


I possess a respected reputation, within the San Diego County construction industry, for having a highly developed degree of insight & maintaining a high level of quality, within the school construction process.  I am flexible & versatile, with the ability to apply humor & innovative problem solving tactics to difficult issues, while maintaining a focus on conflict resolution, effective communication & project progression.

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

*    Seventeen plus years total experience in the School Construction Ind ustry. (1992)  

*    Twelve plus years of experience as a DSA Certified Project Inspector. (1997)

*    Six years of experience as a DSA Certified Relocatable Inspector of Record.

*    Five years of experience as Deputy Inspector of Record, on vario us DSA & OSHPD Projects.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE

*    Served four years in the United States Marine Corps. (1988 - 1992) 

*    Reached rank of E4, Non-Commissioned Officer.

*    Received an Honorable Discharge in 1992.

*    Combat Veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
