I am a Class 1 certified, California Division of the State Architect Project Inspector, serving the Southern California Region.  I have been a construction inspector involved in educational facility development since 1992, giving me more than 21 years’ experience in the industry. 

During those years, I have had the pleasure of being the primary Project Inspector on well over $100 million in school construction projects. 

I have been the Project Inspector on a complete High School campus, two complete Elementary School campuses, a complete satellite Community College adult learning facility & various other K thru 12 & Community College Projects.
